LED Lighting

We successfully completed a remarkable project involving a Sales and Service Center spanning 115,000 square feet. MGES played a pivotal role in enhancing the lighting system throughout the facility. Our team replaced the existing troffer with state-of-the-art LED direct/indirect fixtures in the interior offices, hallways, and conference rooms. In the Service Department, we carried out a one-for-one replacement of fixtures with high-performance options, offering an impressive 200 lumens per watt. This resulted in a remarkable output of 33,000 lumens for 165W fixtures and 26,000 lumens for 130W fixtures. For the exterior lighting, we focused on optimizing efficiency and brightness. The highway frontage and street frontage poles were de-lamped, leaving two fixtures per pole, each providing an outstanding 52,800 lumens with just 320W. Additionally, the remaining exterior fixture pole heights, standing at 25 feet, were equipped with 240W fixtures, generating an impressive 39,000 lumens. Lastly, we upgraded all remaining exterior canopies and wall packs with energy-efficient LED fixtures.
